Founder of the Eating Disorder Recovery Circle, specialist anorexia recovery coach & Host of Fly to Freedom podcast

I’m Julia — a fully recovered anorexia survivor after 40 years in Anorexia, Orthorexia and Exercise Addiction, eating disorder recovery coach, and the creator of this platform.

I’ve poured my years of coaching experience — helping people find freedom from eating disorders — together with decades of lived experience and full recovery from anorexia, orthorexia, and exercise addiction, alongside my network of other fantastic coaches and therapists into creating the Circle.

This is the community I wish I’d had when I was recovering: real support, practical tools, and people who truly understand. I also host the Fly to Freedom podcast to give even more people hope, insight, and a sense that they’re not alone.
