It kept me stuck in an eating disorder that almost took everything from me.

And on the other side, I found a life that’s peaceful, present, and completely free.
Now, after years of recovery coaching — and helping hundreds of others break through that same fear and claim their freedom — I’ve poured everything I know into this course.
