Healed & Empowered - An ED Recovery Intensive

A 12 Week Small Group Coaching Experience

This is a space for people who who realise that knowledge is no longer the missing piece, and that change comes from what they DO next.

You might feel unsure. You might feel scared. You might not fully trust yourself yet.

What matters here is your willingness to show up and take the next step.

Inside this programme, you are supported, guided, and challenged to take action in your real life, especially in the moments where it feels uncomfortable.

This is where you begin taking your power back.

What This Programme Is About

At the centre of this work is YOU.

There is a version of you underneath the eating disorder that already knows what matters, what feels right, and how you want to live.

Over time, that voice becomes harder to access while patterns of fear, control, and habit take over.

Inside this programme, those patterns are brought into the open.

You begin to see clearly what has been driving your decisions.

And from there, you begin choosing differently.

Each choice becomes a step back towards yourself.
Each step builds trust.
That trust is where your power comes from.

This is not about becoming someone new.

This is about returning to who you are and learning to stand in that, even when it feels uncomfortable. Then living it—through how you think, how you respond to yourself and your body, and the actions you take each day.

How It Works

  • 12 weeks
  • 6 live group coaching calls (Fortnightly)
  • Small group environment with support and accountability
  • Whatsapp support between calls
  • Clear, structured actions between every call

Each call opens up a new layer.

The time between the calls is where you practice, apply, and begin to embody the changes you are making.

The WhatsApp Support

This is a key part of the process.

This is where you show up for yourself in real time.

You bring what is happening as it is happening. The thoughts, the resistance, the moments where you want to avoid or go back to old patterns.

You are supported to take the next step in that moment, not days later.

It is also where the group comes alive.

You are not doing this on your own. You are alongside others who are also choosing to move forward.

There is encouragement. There is honesty. There is accountability.

You see each other. You support each other. You keep going together.

Why a Small Group Works

Recovery can feel very isolating.

It is easy to stay in your own head, go round in circles, and quietly avoid the things that feel difficult.

This space changes that.

You are in a small group of people who understand what this feels like and who are also choosing to move forward.

You hear yourself in other people.
You see what it looks like when someone takes a step you have been avoiding.
You realise you are not the only one finding this hard.

There is a level of honesty that comes into the room when people are walking through this together.

That honesty creates movement.

You are supported and encouraged, and you are also held to what you say you want.

You are not left to figure this out on your own, and you are not able to quietly stay where you are.

You are stepping into this alongside others who are also choosing to take their power back.

The Coaching Journey

Each call has a core theme that gives direction and focus, but these themes are only part of the session.

A significant part of every call is direct coaching, where we work with what is actually coming up for you in that moment.

You are not sitting and listening. You are being coached.

What Happens Between the Calls

This is where change is created.

You are given clear, practical actions each week, and you begin putting them into your real life.

You move towards consistent eating, working from where you are and building from there.

Some days will feel manageable.
Some days will feel challenging.

Either way, you keep moving.

You begin practising being the person you actually want to be.

Each day includes an action that moves you forward. You start responding to yourself and your body in a different way. You relate differently to your thoughts, your emotions, and the moments where you would usually hold back.

You reflect, you check in, and you build real evidence that you can do this.

This is how trust in yourself grows.
This is how you take your power back.

Working With Resistance

There will be moments where this feels difficult. You may notice thoughts that tell you to delay, avoid, or stay where you are.

That is part of the process.

Inside this programme, those moments are brought into the work. You begin to respond differently. You find that you can feel discomfort and still take action.

That is where your power is.

  • You are open to looking at yourself honestly and making changes.

  • You are ready to start stepping into your own power.

vs

  • It is not for someone who wants to stay in thinking mode without taking action.
